The North County coastal region of San Diego comprises the cities of Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach and Del Mar. These communities each have their own unique “beach town” feel. Highlights of the area include the Del Mar Fairgrounds which hosts the annual San Diego County Fair and Del Mar Horse Races, the Cedros Design District, Moonlight Beach and the Oceanside Pier.
