We are a group of passionate real estate professionals with diverse backgrounds who have centered our culture around helping our clients build generational wealth and create passive income.

Legacy Realty Network was formed from of our ambition for:

  • Advocating for our clients in their real estate journey, whether it is selling, buying, or investing.
  • Connecting our clients to their communities and to each other so that they can create meaningful and lasting relationships and learn from each other’s real estate experiences.
  • Empowering our clients to utilize every resource available to them to enrich their real estate portfolios.

Since the team’s initial founding in 2018, we have extended our reach to any motivated buyer, seller, or investor of residential or multifamily units in the greater San Diego and Riverside communities. Because we work as a unified team and not as individual agents, our clients get a unique package of undivided attention with a collective of over 25 years of real estate experience, including certification as Military Relocation Professionals, Property Management Brokers, Keller Williams Military Relocation Ambassadors, Active Duty Passive Income specialists, VettedVA moderators, and SDAR board members.

A Southern California native and former Navy wife, holds an MBA with a specialization in Accounting. Prior to working in real estate, she worked in the banking industry in customer service and loans. She has been active in the real estate industry for over 9 years as a Realtor, coach, trainer, and CFO of a local Keller Williams brokerage. She is a certified Military Relocation Professional and specializes in working with military families in outlining long term wealth goals and executing on their plans.

In addition to her passion for helping others on the path to financial freedom, she manages her multigenerational household complete with dogs and chickens! She is an avid runner and outdoors enthusiast. Stephanie’s superpower is her finesse with numbers and affinity for compassionate logic in the face of the emotionally-charged world of a client’s real estate experience.

A San Diego native, graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She taught for six years in Los Angeles before relocating back to her hometown of San Diego with her husband, Joseph in 2001. After taking some time to raise their three boys, she carried her passion for education and supporting others to the Real Estate Industry. For the past 12 years, Jennifer has focused on client care, transaction coordination, and training. She has a passion for giving back to the community through Feeding America, volunteering at her children’s schools and weekly community meet-ups.

In her downtime she can be found spending time with her family, running on the trails throughout San Diego and traveling. Jennifer’s superpower is her ability to empathetically guide her clients through the entire real estate process in a way that ultimately gives them the confidence and knowledge to take ownership of their real estate journey.

A Southern California native, served in the US Navy as a Radiomen aboard Submarines for 10 years and holds a Masters in Engineering Management. Jason brings his unique perspective of communication and technology to real estate. His mission is to educate and empower our service members to leverage their VA benefits to build wealth through real estate. Jason is involved in local San Diego Veteran organizations and is a active member of VettedVA.

In his free time, he enjoys researching various topics around investing, renovating properties, camping and fishing, running and spending time with his family. Jason’s superpower is his love for all the technological aspects of running a real estate team and helping the team find practical implementations for big ideas.

A San Diego Native and graduate of UCSD, is a master at connecting people and cultivating relationships. His vast network and experience has allowed him the opportunity to help clients through all types of real estate journeys, from the first home buying experience to assisting with selling generational properties such as the historical Hanson House on Coronado Island. He has aided experienced investors build and develop their portfolios and is especially passionate about educating the general community about various ways to build wealth through real estate. Previously, Joseph was awarded a franchise for Keller Williams Realty which with the team collaborating helped 1,000’s of families find home.

Joe’s community involvement also includes Friends of Del Cerro, Feeding America, and the local board of Realtors (SDAR) Housing Committee, International Committee and Military Relocation Certification. While being a community advocate, he also prioritizes time with family, traveling, and exploring the local mountain bike and running trails. Joe’s superpower is his ability to think outside the box and dream big, always helping the team find ways to grow personally and professionally
